Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway: Intro to Yoga Inversions Workshop October 5th

In this introductory workshop focused on inverted postures like shoulderstand, headstand, and forearmstand, you will learn how to build an often scary pose from the foundation up. Once you learn how to move with your fear instead of against it, you’ll experience the delights these postures have to offer your yoga practice.
