Happy to see another 8 great yogis join together for practice tonight. Lots of work on shoulders and opening up the upper back using the breath as a guide.Eagle Pose

For example (try this one from your computer desk!): Wrap your right elbow underneath your left and take eagle arms, sitting up nice and tall. Take a deep breath in as you lift your elbows up and take a mini backbend through your upper back. Exhale and lower the elbows back down into the chest while you sit up straight again and lengthen through the sternum and crown of the head. Repeat 3-5 times then switch sides. HUGE for releasing tension in the shoulders and upper back.
